Scheduling your first Strategy Session is the first step to take! In this FREE 30 min to 1 hour session we will have the time to get to know you, your goals and what you are expecting from us as your potential coaches. We will sit down to talk about your current physical health and what you’d like to accomplish. We will follow up with a movement assessment so that we can understand more about how you move, this will ensure we write the best exercise program for you. After this strategy session you will have a better idea of what we are all about and if we are the perfect fit for you.
